Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Nomor X.K.1 Lampiran Keputusan Ketua Bapepam&LK Nomor: Kep-86/PM/1996 tanggal 24 Januari 1996 tentang Keterbukaan lnformasi Yang Harus Segera Diumumkan Kepada Publik, kami selaku Direksi PT lndomobil Sukses lnternasional Tbk ("Perseroan"), dengan ini memberitahukan hai sebagai berikut:

1. PT Wahana lnti Selaras ("PT WISEL"), salah satu anak perusahaan yang 99,99% sahamnya secara langsung dan tidak langsung dimiliki oleh Perseroan, telah mendirikan perusahaan patungan dengan lbu Lauw Lie In (Maria Kristina), yaitu PT INDO GLOBAL TRAKTOR ("PT IGT") yang bergerak di bidang usaha perdagangan, perindustrian, perbengkelan, pengangkutan dan jasa.

Pendirian PT IGT tersebut ditandai dengan ditandatanganinya akta pendirian PT IGT pada tanggal 22 Januari 2014 di hadapan notaris.

2. Adapun komposisi kepemilikan saham di PT IGT tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:

3. Pada saat ini perolehan status badan hukum PT IGT sedang dalam proses di Kementerian

In compliance with the provisions of Bapepam-LK Rule Regulation No. X.K.1, Bapepam Chairman's Decision No. Kep-86/PM/1996 dated 24 January 1996, regarding the Disclosure of Information to be made public immediately, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (the "Company"), hereby inform the following:
1. PT Wahana Inti Selaras ("PT WISEL"), a subsidiary which 99.99% of its shares are direct and indirectly owned by the Company has established joint venture company with Mrs. Lauw Lie In (Maria Kristina), namely PT Indo Global Traktor ("PT IGT") engages in trade, industry, workshop, transportation and services business field.
The establishment of PT IGT was marked by the signing of the deed of establishment of PT IGT
on 22 January 2014 before a notary.
2. The composition of share ownership of PT IGT is as follows:

3. PT IGT is currently in the process of acquiring its legal entity status from the Ministry of Law and
Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
