Gabungan AQRS Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: Construction and Property development. The Construction segment is involved in securing and carrying out construction contracts. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the property development, construction, property investment and the provision of management services. Its construction projects include Solitaire Suites, Teringin Sentral, East Coast Rail Link, Sungai Besi - Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway - CA3, Pusat Pentadbiran Sultan Ahmad Shah and Line Rapid Transit (KVLRT3) - GS04 and PR1MA Gambang. Its subsidiaries include Gabungan Strategik Sdn. Bhd., Pembinaan Megah Ikhlas Sdn. Bhd, Motibina Sdn. Bhd, GBG Properties (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd, AQRS The Building Company Sdn. Bhd, Gabungan AQRS Properties Sdn. Bhd, and Gabungan AQRS Management Sdn. Bhd.
