Gabriel India Limited announced Appointment of Mrs. Anjali Singh as Executive Director of the company w.e.f. May 15, 2017. Mrs. Anjali Singh has served as non-executive director and chairperson of Gabriel India Ltd.
Gabriel India Ltd. announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017, have recommended an final dividend of INR 0.85 per equity share, subject to approval of shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
