5.Cause of occurrence:
G-SHANK's subsidiaries, SHANGHAI G-SHANK and SHANGHAI
G-SHANK PRECISION HARDWARE, have to suspend production temporarily
from 2022/04/01 3 a.m. to 2022/04/05 3 a.m. according to the
local government's COVID-19 prevention work.
During this 4-day lockdown period, the government will implement
2 PCR tests,and all enterprises are required to temporarily
stop production and not enter the enterprise.
6.Countermeasures:
The subsidiaries as above will continue to pay close attention
to the epidemic situation and our employees' health and
comply to local government's regulations.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The revenue of the two subsidiaries as above accounted about 30% of
group consolidated revenue.
After this suspending on production, we will adjust
the capacity and contact with customers to reschedule
the delivery to minimize the impact.
