GF CAPITAL PTE.LTD. agreed to acquire 49% stake in GF CAPITAL (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. from G-Factory Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3474) for THB 0.98 million (¥3.2 million) on December 20, 2017. GF CAPITAL PTE.LTD. will acquire 9800 shares at cash consideration of THB 100 per share. GF CAPITAL (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. will not own any shares post transaction closing. The contract signing is expected to take place on December 20, 2017. The transaction was resolved by the Board of G-Factory Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by December 20, 2017.
