LOD, Israel, September 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FutureIT Inc. (OTC:
FITI), a leading provider of software solutions for the automated and
effective management of Microsoft SQL servers, today announced a new
management appointment.
Mr Osher Houshmand joins the Company as CFO, bringing extensive
experience to the position. Mr Houshmand previously served as Controller at
Xfone 018, and before that as Assistant Comptroller at Makteshim Agan
Industries.
Mr. Ehud Issacs, the company's previous CFO, has left the company to
pursue other opportunities.
Commenting on the recent appointment, Shmuel Bachar, Chairman and CEO of

Additionally, further to its announcement dated June 12 2009, FutureIT
and Consulting for Strategic Growth I, Ltd. (CFSG) have mutually agreed to
discontinue working together. All shares that were transferred to CFSG will
be returned to the company.
