This is to inform that the meeting of Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("the Committee") of the Company held today i.e. on 13th August, 2018 and infer-alia has considered and approved the grant of Options to eligible employees of the Company under FE L ESOP - 2015 the detai ls of which are as under:
