Future Consumer Limited Announces Resignation of Harminder Sahni as Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration /Compensation Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee

Future Consumer Limited announced that, Mr. Harminder Sahni (DIN: 00576755), has resigned from the position of an Independent Director from Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 14th September, 2022. Consequent to the same, Mr. Harminder Sahni also ceases to be the member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration /Compensation Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company. In his resignation letter, Mr. Harminder Sahni has stated that the reason for his resignation is due to his other professional and personal commitments.

Further, Mr. Harminder Sahni has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than what is stated in his letter in relation to his resignation.
