Fullnet Communications Inc. Appoints Ason C. Ayers as A Director

On May 9, 2013, the Board of Directors of FullNet Communications Inc. expanded the size of the Board from two to three members and elected Jason C. Ayers as a director of the company to hold such offices until a successor shall be elected and shall qualify, subject, however, to prior death, resignation, retirement, disqualification or removal from office.
Mr. Ayers has served as the Vice President of Operations for the company since December 8, 2000 and prior to that served as President of Animus Communications Inc.
