Issue of Equity and Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that following receipt of a no ce of exercise of employee op ons it has issued 284,580 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incen ve share op on plan.

Accordingly, an applica on has been made for the 284,580 new Ordinary Shares to be admi ed to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 29 January 2016. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 156,387,826 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calcula ons by which they will determine if they are required to no fy their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
