Fras-le closes the year by making the first joint assessment of the measuring conditions for its plants in Brazil, the United States, China, Uruguay and India. This inter-laboratory study served to identify and adjust the differences in the measurement of compressibility of brake pads between the evaluated units, using the Brazilian laboratory as a reference as it is ISO17025 in the norm ISO 6310 accredited. This evaluation is part of the engineering actions taken by Fras-le to enable its global performance and to guarantee the quality and standardization of the products in its production plants. The knowledge generated will be used in 2019 to expand the evaluation tests and thus contribute to reinforcing the standardization and maintenance of Fras-le's quality in the markets in which it operates.
