Franklin Street Properties Corp. Announces Resignation of Barry Silverstein as a Class II Director

Franklin Street Properties Corp. announced that Barry Silverstein has decided that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors upon the conclusion of his term as a Class II director at the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Silverstein has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.
