Forum Engineering Inc. (TSE:7088) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,200,000 shares, representing 4.49% of its share capital, for ¥1,100 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy and improve capital efficiency. The program will run until April 30, 2021. As of November 5, 2020, the company had 26,709,600 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 0 shares in treasury.
Forum Engineering Inc. operates the engineer dispatch and introduction business. The clients cover eight major industries in the mechanical and electrical fields, including automobiles, transportation machineries, industrial machineries, precision equipment, electrical equipment, home appliances, electronic components, and information and communications. The Company dispatches technical staffs to client companies for design and development, experiment and evaluation, production technologies, and quality assurance. The engineer dispatch service has three features, including management of client companies by department, skill-based matching using artificial intelligence, and recruitment of human resources through a unique route. The Company also conducts engineer introduction and other businesses, and provides human resources services including engineer dispatch service, electromechanical engineer recruitment service, as well as human resource management services.
