Report of Voting Results pursuant to Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102

Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NI 51-102")

The annual and special meeting of shareholders of Forsys Metals Corp. (the "Corporation") was held virtually on June 30, 2022 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting the total number of the Corporation's common shares (the "Shares") represented in person or by proxy was 106,514,321, which equates to 54.575% of the issued and outstanding Shares as of the Record Date of May 24, 2022. In accordance with section 11.3 of NI 51-102, the following voting results were obtained at the Meeting.

Item 1: Election of Directors

Each of the six (6) nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the Meeting were elected as directors for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed. The vote was conducted by ballot and the results were as follows:

BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd. were appointed as auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is appointed. The vote was conducted by ballot and the results were as follows:
