Force Motors Ltd. reported unaudited standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. For the quarter, on standalone basis, the company reported total income from operations of INR 7,457.623 million, profit from operations before other income, finance cost and exceptional items of INR 241.590 million, profit from ordinary activities before tax of INR 381.245 million, net profit of INR 274.369 million or INR 20.82 per basic and diluted share against total income from operations of INR 5,169.213 million, loss from operations before other income, finance cost and exceptional items of INR 42.167 million, profit from ordinary activities before tax of INR 77.086 million, net profit of INR 99.909 million or INR 7.58 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months, on standalone basis, the company reported total income from operations of INR 21,490.164 million, profit from operations before other income, finance cost and exceptional items of INR 1,020.968 million, profit from ordinary activities before tax of INR 1,466.424 million, net profit of INR 1,056.816 million or INR 80.21 per basic and diluted share against total income from operations of INR 16,607.831 million, profit from operations before other income, finance cost and exceptional items of INR 266.273 million, profit from ordinary activities before tax of INR 657.646 million, net profit of INR 550.794 million or INR 41.80 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
