Foot Locker, Inc. announced the planned retirement of Lauren B. Peters, Foot Locker’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with an expected effective date in April 2021. Foot Locker has initiated a comprehensive search process with the assistance of Crist|Kolder, a leading executive search firm, to identify Ms. Peters’ successor. The Company expects to consider both internal and external candidates for the position. Ms. Peters will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until her successor assumes the role, and she will remain an employee of the Company until her expected retirement in April 2021, at which time her employment agreement will terminate.
