Flexium Interconnect, Inc. (TWSE:6269) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 15,000,000 shares, representing 4.28% of its issued share capital for a total of TWD 20,590.38 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price range of TWD 80 to TWD 117 per share.

The purpose of the buyback is to maintain the company credit and shareholder rights. The plan will be valid up to May 16, 2022. As on March 16, 2022, the company has no shares in its treasury.
