(Taiwan) on January 30rd ,2016. 6.Countermeasures:NA 7.Any other matters that need to be specified: (1)In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting held on March 23th, 2022, the Company shall appropriate NT$2 million as remuneration to employees and authorize the general manager to pay the remuneration in cash. The directors' remuneration amounted to NT$2.68 million. (2)The amount of profit sharing remuneration for employees and directors approved by the Board of Directors is not different from the estimated amount for 2021.
