Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation confirmed the previously announced special year-end dividend of $0.05 per share. The December regular and special year-end dividend, that total $0.128 per share, will be payable on January 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2018.
The Corporation also announced its monthly cash dividend of $0.078 per share (subject to adjustment in the discretion of the board of directors) payable to shareholders of record as follows: Record dates are January 31, 2019, February 28, 2019 and March 31, 2019 respectively. Payment date are February 15, 2019, March 15, 2019 and April 15, 2019 respectively.
