The Company’s segments include Real Estate Operations, Hospitality Operations, Banking and Financial Services, Power and Utility Operations, Sugar Operations, and Other Operations. Real Estate Operations is involved in acquisition of land, planning and development of large-scale residential communities, as well as the development and sale of residential lots, housing units and farm estates. Hospitality Operations is involved in the operation of hotels, including management of resorts, villas, golf course and service apartment. Banking and Financial Services provides financial services to consumer and corporate clients. Power and Utility Operations operates power plants and supply of power to off-takers. Sugar operates agricultural lands for planting and cultivating farm products and operation of a sugar central for the purpose of milling.
