Concentradora Fibra Hotelera Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. (BMV:FIHO 12) acquired Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo from Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:POSADAS A) on July 3, 2017. The transaction price is defined based on ten times the 2019 EBITDA minus FibraHotel's investment. FibraHotel will pay the price for the hotel in early 2020, when the conditions subject to the sale are met.
