Acting pursuant to § 103 item 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information […] (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs about the dates for the Company's publication of the periodic reports in 2017.

The annual report for the financial year 2016 (R): 28th April 2017

The consolidated annual report for the financial year 2016 (RS): 28th April 2017

The extended consolidated quarterly reports including the summary standalone financial statements: for the 1st quarter 2017 (QSr I): 30th May 2017 for the 3rd quarter 2017 (QSr III): 29th November 2017 The extended consolidated report for the 1st half year 2017 (PSr) including the summary standalone report: 2nd October 2017

At the same time, the Issuer informs that acting in compliance with § 101 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not deliver to the public the consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) for the 4th quarter 2016 and 2nd quarter 2017.

The Issuer informs as well that according to § 83 item 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company intends to continue in 2017 publication of the extended consolidated quarterly reports including the quarterly financial statements and the consolidated extended half year report including the summary half year financial statement.
