Farmers Capital Bank Corporation Promotes Four Officers

Frankfort, KY - Farmers Capital Bank Corporation announces the following promotions effective January 1, 2015:

Mark A. Hampton was named Executive Vice Presiden, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Mr. Hampton has been with the Company for 18 years, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Finance. James Barsotti was named Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Barsotti, most recently the Senior Vice

President of Internal Audit has worked for Farmers Capital Bank Corporation for ten years.

J. Bradford Southworth was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Internal Auditor. Mr. Southworth has been a member of the Internal Audit team of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation for four years. Teresa Tipton was named Vice President, Human Resources and has worked in that department of the Company for 19 years.
