The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Far East Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcements dated 14 October 2021 and 15 October 2021 in relation to the disposal of the property located at 20 Bukit Batok Crescent #07-18, Singapore 658080 (the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to inform that M-Tech and the Purchaser have mutually agreed to extend the deadline of Completion from 21 December 2021, being 10 weeks upon exercise of the Option, to 29 December 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcement upon Completion.
