Faltec Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 9.06% stake in Sekisui Machinery Co., Ltd. from ARRK Corporation.

Faltec Co., Ltd. (TSE:7215) signed a share transfer contract to acquire 9.06% stake in Sekisui Machinery Co., Ltd. (TSE:6487) from ARRK Corporation (TSE:7873) for approximately ¥120 million on August 8, 2013. Faltec will acquire 0.84 million shares of Sekisui Machinery. Post transaction, ARRK Corporation's stake in Sekisui Machinery will decrease to 16.85%. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Faltec on August 8, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 15, 2013. Ryugo Yoshimura of Morrison & Foerster acted as legal advisor for Faltec.
