Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych Spólka Akcyjna signed an investment deal to acquire Drewex SP Z.o.o from Ryszard Niedzwiecki and Marzena Niedzwiecka for PLN 0.5 million.

Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:FKD) signed an investment deal to acquire Drewex SP Z.o.o from Ryszard Niedzwiecki and Marzena Niedzwiecka for PLN 0.5 million on March 2, 2018. As per the terms of the deal, Fabryka Konstrukcji Drewnianych Spólka Akcyjna guaranteed for liabilities of Drewex SP Z.o.o to an amount of PLN 10.2 million.
