Arle Capital Partners Limited is planning to either sell or float Expro International Group Holdings Limited as soon as this year, Sky News reported, citing insiders. Arle and Expro owners AlpInvest Partners B.V. and Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division have hired Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank to evaluate exit options according to Sky News, which cited insiders with knowledge of the process. Expro, Arle, Alpinvest and Goldman were not available for comment outside regular business hours.
