Evercore (NYSE: EVR) announced today that Marc Harris has joined Evercore ISI as Senior Managing Director and Director of Research. Mr. Harris will be responsible for overseeing the firm's top-ranked research effort, working closely with Mike Paliotta, Chief Executive Officer of Evercore ISI, Ed Hyman, Evercore ISI's Founder and Executive Chairman, and Evercore ISI and firm senior leadership.
Mr. Harris was most recently Director of US and Global Research at RBC Capital Markets. During his 14-year tenure at RBC, he also served as Head of Mid-Atlantic Sales, and Technology Product Manager. Prior to joining RBC, Mr. Harris worked in Institutional Equity Sales for Bear Stearns and JPMorgan Chase.
