HJLK Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Hanjin Logistics Shenzhen Co., Ltd. from Hanjin Shipping Holdings Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A000700) for approximately KRW 650 million in cash on August 25, 2014. In related transactions, HJLK also agreed to acquire Hanjin Logistics (Hong Kong) Company Limited, Hanjin Logistics India Private Ltd., and Hanjin Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. During the year ended 2013, Hanjin Logistics Shenzhen Co., Ltd. had total assets of KRW 2.47 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 880 million, sales revenue of KRW 12 billion, and net profit of KRW 97 million. A resolution was passed for the transaction by the Board of Directors of HJLK on August 25, 2014. The scheduled acquisition date is August 29, 2014.
