Eureka Design Public Company Limited would like to announce that the Company's Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2020 was held on January 30, 2020 and has a resolution to appoint Ms. Ananya Jindawattana as the member of the Audit Committee/Independent Directors. The appointment is effective from January 30, 2020 onwards.
