Etman International ASA is a Norway-based holding company that is engaged in the participation and investments in other companies as well as production, distribution and sales of electrical products, plastic components, and cables. The Company is operational through three wholly owned subsidiaries located in China, Norway and Sweden. The Chinese subsidiary, ETM Electrical Co. Ltd, operates a manufacturing site located in Changzhou, which in turn wholly owns Jerry Ltd., a Shanghai-based distributor of ETM Electrical Co. manufactured products as well as other products purchased for resale. The Companyâs two Scandinavian subsidiaries: Distribusjon AS (Norway) and Etmas AB (Sweden), are active within the distribution of the Company's products in the Scandinavian markets.
