Polaris Management A/S acquired majority stake in Esoft Systems A/S from Hermand Holding ApS on June 1, 2022. In connection with the change of ownership, Esoft's founder and former Group CEO, Ren Dines Hermand, will resign from the day-to-day management and join the company's board of directors. The new Group CEO will be Ian Holmgaard. The new chairman of the board at Esoft will be Agner Mark.
