As per Article 10 of the 'Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure' (II-15.1) of Capital Markets Board with regards to the public disclosure of forward looking statements, Our Company's guidance for 2020 is as follows;
Guidance for 2020:
-Sales Volume: 8.5 million tons
Flat Sales: 7.4 million tons
Long Sales: 1.1 million tons
-EBITDA Margin: 16-18%

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
