The Appendix 3B relates to the issue of 32,222,222 FPO pursuant to a capital raising for which the Company had received $2.9 million in applications (at $0.09 per FPO). As at the funds due date (15/12/21) the Company had $2.7 million in funded applications and is accordingly issuing securities on this basis. The Company additionally notes that the Appendix 3B noted that there were to be up to 32,222,222 Placement Options to be issued subject to shareholder approval which is yet to be sought.
