Epsilon Energy Ltd. announced that Adrian Montgomery informed the Board of Directors his intent to resign from the Board and the Audit Committee of the Board, effective immediately. The company also announced that the Board appointed Mr. Stephen Finlayson, effective immediately. Mr. Finlayson will serve as a director with an initial term expiring at the Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board has also appointed Mr. Finlayson to serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Finlayson is the founder and, since 2003, the Executive Chairman of Applied Manufacturing Technologies.
