Appointment of Principal Officers.

On January 27, 2023, Bradley J. Dixon announced his resignation as director of Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. (the "Company") to devote more time to other professional and personal interests, with such resignation to be effective immediately. Dixon had served on the Company's Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
