Name and resume of the replaced member: Philippe Espinasse - CEO, P&C Ventures Limited; Steven P. Thomas - Senior Adviser of Montrose Associates Limited, U.K. Name and resume of the new member: Philippe Espinasse - CEO, P&C Ventures Limited; Steven P. Thomas - Senior Adviser of Montrose Associates Limited, U.K.; Tina Chang - Executive Director, KHL Capital. Effective date of the new member was June 28, 2019.
