GCS Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 16.4% stake in Unikorn Semiconductor Corporation from EPISTAR Corporation for approximately TWD 160 million.

GCS Holdings, Inc. (GTSM:4991) agreed to acquire 16.4% stake in Unikorn Semiconductor Corporation from EPISTAR Corporation (TSEC:2448) for approximately TWD 160 million on January 23, 2019. Under the transaction, GCS Holdings will acquire 16.4 million shares of Unikorn Semiconductor Corporation. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the first calendar quarter of 2019.
