Engagement Labs Inc. announced the addition of Virginia Pino as Vice President of Analytics & Insights, and Dennis Garces joins the Business Development team. Virginia, leading the Analytics & Insights practice, will focus on delivering greater value to clients and support the growth of eValue(TM) as the global standard for social media scoring. Virginia is a prominent member of the Canadian advertising and research community.

She has spent more than 20 years working in both agency and media environments. Her work has delivered value and innovation for clients with a variety of business objectives and her growth in the industry has been a result of linking rigorous research with creative solutions to deliver actionable plans. Previously, Virginia has participated in many industry organizations such as comScore Research Advisory Council, the Canadian Advertising Research Foundation, IAB Canada, Numeris (BBM Canada) Nielsen and NADbank.
