Emotra AB (publ) announces that two members have notified the company that they will be resigning from the board of directors

Today, the 6 of February, 2022, Emotra AB ("Emotra" or "the Company") is announcing that Roy Anderson and Martin Schalling have informed the board of directors that they for personal reasons will be resigning from the board, effective immediately.

The board of directors of Emotra is announcing that the board members Martin Schalling and Roy Anderson are choosing to resign from the board for personal reasons. They both state that they have very high workloads and that they did not fully understand the amount of work their involvement on Emotra's board would entail. The board of directors will continue to work with two vacant seats untilthe annual shareholder meeting, which will be held on 18 May, 2022, at which a new board of directors will be elected.
