Final day for trading in PSS (BTA)

Emotra AB has carried out a rights issue, totalling 4,326,300 new shares, that was completed on October 7, 2015. The last day for trading in PSS (Paid Subscribed Shares) is Thursday, October 29, 2015 and the stop date is November 2, 2015.

Registration, distribution of shares and share capital

4,326,300 shares have been registered with Bolagsverket (The Swedish Companies Registration Office) and we expect these shares to be distributed to the respective accounts/deposits of securities on November 4, 2015. After registration with Bolagsverket, Emotra's share capital will amount to 1,760,804.10 SEK, divided among 9,517,860 shares.
