Our Company used 620,000,000 TL credit from Vakıfbank at an annual interest rate of 12.46%.
Credit terms used:
For the first year no principal payment, interest payments once in every 3 months; After the grace period, the principal + interest must be paid every 3 months for 3 years.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
