Result of Annual General Meeting and Change of Name

LP Hill (AIM: LPH), the AIM listed uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 10 November 2014, were all duly approved by shareholders.

Accordingly, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of its name to Emerging Market Minerals PLC will become effective, and trading in the Company's shares on AIM under this name will commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 8 December 2014. From this time, the Company's new London Stock Exchange TIDM will be EMM and its ISIN will remain as GB00B3CMRN66. In addition, the Company's new website address will bewww.emergingmarketminerals.com.
