EMC Instytut Medyczny : Amendment to a significant contracts by the subsidiary of the Issuer-Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Lubin

Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that on November 30, 2015 the Company received from Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Lubin annexes to the contract concluded with the National Health Fund - the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship Branch in Wrocław (the Fund Branch), regarding healthcare services in the scope of inpatient care, outpatient specialist care and outpatient specialist care -cost-consuming outpatient diagnostic services , therapeutic rehabilitation as well as nursing and care services in terms of long-term care for the period 1 January to 31 December 2015. Healthcare services specified hereinabove are provided by the Hospital administered by the subsidiary of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. - Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. in Lubin. The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by Regionalne Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. concerning services rendered in 2015 in its current reports nos. 7/2015 of 16.01.2015, 12/2015 of 30.01.2015, 48/2015 of 10.06.2015, 49/2015 of 16.06.2015, 54/2015 of 8.07.2015, 58/2015 of 7.08.2015, 60/2015 of 21.08.2015, 63/2015 of 03.09.2015 and 71/2015 of 16.10.2015. As a result of signing the said annexes to the contract with the National Health Fund for providing healthcare services in the period 1 January to 31 December 2015, the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and it currently totals PLN 46,887,980.00 ( an increase by PLN 428,432.00). The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards the subsidiary of the Issuer currently amounts to PLN 55,216,993.05 ( an increase by PLN 508,992.00) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2015. A criterion for a contract to be considered significant: The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer's equity capital.
