Saraf, Vice President (Finance) & Company Secretary from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect that is at the close of business hours on June 1, 2021; and the appointment of Debendra Banthiya as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, effective June 2, 2021. Shri Banthiya brings in over 13 years of experience in Secretarial and Corporate Legal matters including special assignments such as IPO, Strategic Investment deal and Corporate Restructuring - Merger, Demerger, Acquisitions.
