Emaar Misr for Development Company (S.A.E.) (CASE:EMFD) signed a non-binding preliminary offer to acquire 75% stake in Albro North Coast for Developments S.A.E. on May 13, 2024. The board of directors of Emaar Misr has approved the transactions. Upon completion, Emaar Misr will have an option to acquire the 100% stake in Albro North Coast for Developments S.A.E.
