Ellipsiz Ltd Appoints Wu Hwee Tan, Iris as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Member

Ellipsiz Ltd. announced the appointment of Wu Hwee Tan, Iris as Non-independent Non-executive Director, effective January 8, 2018. Ms. Wu Hwee also appointed as Audit Committee Member. Ms. Wu was Executive Director of LCD Global Investments Ltd. (now known as AF Global Limited), from 9 July 2012 to 2 April 2015.
