Elematec Corporation announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2013. For the period, the company reported net sales of ¥108,469 million, operating income of ¥4,107 million, net income of ¥3,017 million or ¥147.39 per share as compared to net sales of ¥102,228 million, operating income of ¥3,791 million, net income of ¥2,420 million or ¥118.24 per share for the same period prior year. Ordinary profit was ¥4,378 million compared to ¥3,961 million for the same period prior year. Net assets per share were ¥1,734.42 compared to ¥1,587.27 a year ago.
The company provided dividend guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2014. For the period, the company expects to pay a year end dividend of ¥27.00 per share and total dividend of ¥54.00 per share compared to year end dividend of ¥29.00 per share and total dividend of ¥44.00 per share a year ago.
