It is hereby informed that in terms of above referred Regulations, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Tuesday, 3rd May, 2022 at Vallabh Vidyanagar, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2022 alongwith related segment wise financial results and to recommend dividend, if any.

With reference to our letter dated 31st March, 2022, please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was alread y closed from 1st April, 2022 till48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022 become generally available information.
