Elanders AB (OM:ELAN B) acquired Mentor Media Ltd. from Navis Capital Partners, Southern Capital Group and other shareholders for approximately SEK 310 million on January 1, 2014. Elanders will finance the deal with combination of external debt and a new rights issue. Erik Gabrielson, Henrik Ossborn and Fredrik Christiansson of Advokatfirman Vinge KB acted as legal advisor for Elanders. Moelis & Company acted as financial advisor to Navis Capital Partners. Stephanie Keen, Matthew Bousfield, Justin Tong of Hogan Lovells Lee & Lee acted as legal advisors to Navis Capital Partners.

Elanders AB is a Sweden-based supplier with a broad range of services of integrated solutions in supply chain management.
